This weekend (30th September/1st October) we welcome Fr Simon Penhaligon, Sion Community priest and Dean of Northampton Cathedral, as guest preacher at Mass to launch our mission week, along with team members Teresa, Karen, Michelle, Peter, Andy, Alice, Jools, Henar, Vitek, Louisa and Marceli. They are part of the Sion Community for Evangelisation based in Brentwood, and are going to share with us their passion for the gospel and so help our parish grow more and more into community of missionary disciples. Please pray for them, as they will be for us, and for the success of our mission. There are various opportunities to meet the team during the week: after the weekend Masses as well as at the ‘Time to Talk’ sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
